Predictable Revenue is a sales and marketing agency with a high meeting cadence and repeatable post-meeting follow-up workflows.
The challenge
- AI meeting note takers produced summaries, but execution stayed manual: identifying action items, assigning ownership, drafting follow-ups, updating boards, and scheduling next meetings.

- Workflow automation that pulls transcripts from Zoom and extracts actionable items with ownership (client vs internal)
- Draft follow-up email summarizing action items
- Create/update task cards in project boards with owners, due dates, and statuses
- Automatically book the next meeting and invite attendees when scheduling actions are identified
- Create a Google Doc summary in the correct client folder when needed
